Frequently Asked Questions
Planning a photoshoot involves a lot of details. Here are answers to the most common questions I get asked to help you feel confident and prepared.
BOOKING & PROCESS
When will your team arrive, and when do you start shooting?
Our team generally arrives 1–2 hours before the main ceremony to capture décor, preparations, and early candid moments. We adjust our timing based on your event schedule to ensure nothing important is missed.
What happens if there is an emergency or technical issue during the event?s?
We always carry backup cameras, lenses, batteries, lights, and storage so your coverage continues smoothly even if an unexpected situation arises. Your event is always fully protected.
Do you provide video services along with photography?
Yes, we offer complete photography and videography packages, including candid coverage, cinematic wedding films, reels, traditional videos, and drone shots.
Can you shoot our wedding at home or a small venue?
Absolutely. Intimate home weddings are one of our specialities. We work efficiently in small spaces, using proper lighting and storytelling techniques to deliver beautiful results.
Apart from the booking amount, are there any extra charges?
Additional charges may apply only for outstation travel, accommodation (if required), drone permissions, or extended hours. All potential costs are discussed transparently before the shoot so there are no surprises.
DELIVERY & OUTPUT
How long will it take to receive wedding album & edited photos/videos?
You receive highlight previews within 7–10 days, full edited photos within 25–40 days, and cinematic films within 30–50 days. After you select the album photos, the printed album takes around 10–15 days.
How many edited photos and videos will we receive?
We provide a generous number of edited photos based on your events, usually several hundred. You also receive a cinematic film, full traditional videos, and short reels if requested — we never restrict important moments.
Will the photos be delivered in high resolution?
Yes, all final images are delivered in high-resolution digital format so you can print, share, or archive them without losing quality.
Do you capture behind-the-scenes ?
Yes, we capture all the beautiful behind-the-scenes moments — from the bridal makeover to family reactions — because these natural moments add emotion and depth to your final album and film.
How will the photos and videos be delivered?
Photos are delivered through a secure online gallery link, while videos are provided via Google Drive or a private download link. Physical albums are delivered personally or through courier.
